Newborn to One Year Olds

First Visit
(6-8 weeks of age)

  1. Full examination of kitten and check for external parasites
  2. Fecal examination for parasites
  3. Feline rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia vaccine #1
  4. Blood test for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency (FIV) Viruses
  5. First de-worming treatment
  6. Discuss kitten’s behavior and socialization
  7. Discuss routine grooming
  8. Discuss proper nutrition
  9. Discuss microchipping (at 8 weeks of age)

Second Visit
(12 weeks of age)

  1. Full examination of kitten and check for external parasites
  2. Feline rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia vaccine #2
  3. Feline Leukemia vaccine #1
  4. Discuss kitten’s behavior and socialization
  5. Discuss kitten’s grooming and nutrition
  6. Discuss recommendations for sterilization
  7. Second de-worming treatment

Third Visit
(16 weeks of age)

  1. Feline Leukemia vaccine #2
  2. Rabies vaccination (if risk factors exist)

We recommend sterilizing your kitten and placing an identification microchip at four to six months of age.
